Terms & Conditions Bookings and Payments Lifestyle Limousines of Melbourne requires all bookings to be made in advance. We accept cash, all major credit cards and cab charges. Credit card details will be required to secure a booking. Credit cards will not be charged without customer authorisation. Payments can be made at the time of booking or on the day with the driver. All credit card payments carry a 10% Service Fee + GST. A 30% deposit is required per vehicle booking for Statesman Caprice Weddings. Cancellations For direct metropolitan Melbourne transfers, we require 2 hours notice by phone or 24 hours notice by email to cancel a booking. For all other cancellations, including bookings per hour, multiple car bookings and corporate conferences, we require 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel a booking will result in the customer being charged the full amount quoted for the car/s booked. If the payment for the booking was confirmed by credit card, we will charge the full amount to your credit card for the “no show”, otherwise we will invoice you for the full amount of the fare. Wedding cancellations require 2 weeks notice in order to get deposit reimbursed. Other Charges A $5.00 surcharge applies for pick ups from international arrivals, waiting fees can apply. A 20% surcharge applies for pick ups between 11:00pm and 5:00am. Any diversion from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge. A $10.00 fee per baby seat [Forward or Rear Facing (capsule)]. A $10.00 fee per booster seat with harness. A waiting fee will be charged at $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes past the requested booking time. Lifestyle Limousines of Melbourne reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. |
